The chimney doesn't look too bad actually. She probably will be a very good looking ship. Also thats a properly giant hangar.

No, because it is a CCG cutter, not a PLAN guided-missile destroyer.
Likely one 76mm naval gun and two 30mm guns.

Not similar because it's for CCG. Gun is downgraded from 130mm to 76mm, radar is downgraded from Type 346A to Type 382, no VLS, etc.
You don't need surface combatant loadouts just to enforce laws.
