They're fast breeder reactors, they produce plutonium by definition. That quoted sentence is also inaccurate, the CFR600s will give China an extra 1,270 nuclear warheads by 2030. China doesn't produce plutonium in civilian facilites.Not sure if this got posted before, but I had no idea the CFR600 reactors they are building can produce weapon grade plutonium.
