Is there any other pics of the DF-31 RV or is this only one?

My personal opinion is that DF-41 will be most likely armed with one DF-31 RV, and since it's a larger missile it can reach US no matter where it's launched. Currently DF-31A with it's 100-300kt warhead needs to be deployed in certain areas to reach every target in US, but larger missile would remove such problems. If DF-41 is armed with 10 warheads (claim made by Gertz) then it must be one massive missile.... probably bigger than Peacekeeper MX. Remember that back in 1996 (before DF-31A emerged) NAIC estimated that DF-41 would be armed with three 470kg DF-31 RV's.

People who claim that DF-41 is armed with 10 MIRV's all have some sort of agenda. Some are western warhawks like Bill Gertz, and others are Chinese ultra-nationalist who want to believe in Georgetown University "report" that PRC has manufactured up to 3000 warheads... it makes them feel all warm & fuzzy inside.

50 missiles with one warhead each is better (not too any eggs in one basket) than few missiles with many warheads.

Use five of your own warheads to destroy one mobile ICBM with 10 MIRV's and you have hit the jackpot, but if you have to use same amount of warheads to take out mobile ICBM with only one warhead and there is 50 other mobile ICBM's somewhere...

Report on the 2nd arty network-centric launch system designed by a woman. It can launch any missile, whatever their type, the number, the location and time. She has also developed TELs self-diagnostic system...

There is some good charts about Chinese nuclear test yields, etc.
The Minimum Means of Reprisal: China's Search for Security in the Nuclear Age
Following the resumption of testing in 1987, an analysis of Chinese test yields suggests at least two additional designs:**Two tests in the 200‐300 KT range probably involved the warhead for the DF‐21/JL‐1 proposed in 1986 by Deng Jiaxian and YuMin. Then, in September 1992, China conducted a low yield test that was reported to validate an aspherical primary for a miniaturized nuclear warhead that could arm the DF‐31/JL‐2. (page 108)

The report’s recommendation for an accelerated test schedule to complete a warhead for the first generation of Chinese solid‐fueled mobile ballistic missiles is evident in the subsequent test series with one change—the apparently
successful development of an RV with an aspherical primary for the DF‐31 eliminates the need for additional testing to develop new warhead designs. (page 160)
