No photos ever surfaced of it, nor there are news of it ever been tested. It is said that it was cancelled in favour of DF-31A

It was confirmed on CCTV English and they interviewed general Zhu Chenghu about a new ICBM that was tested.

Live in denial all you want, but the DF-41 is real.

Deal with it mate.

Off-course it didn't show-up for the parade, but for once the name was mentioned.

The rumors about the DF-41 were so prevailing that an interviewer on the Chinese CCTV 4 Focus Today program the day before the parade kept asking Major General Zhang Xinan, the Assistant Director of the Second Artillery Corps’ Political Department, about the missile.
But the General appeared to caution about what he called the “so-called DF-41,” saying that “this mystery will be cleared up tomorrow in the parade.” He did not dismiss the existence of a DF-41, but no such missile launcher rolled across the square.

I would take any article written by Hans Kristensen with a gob of salt . He is well known China skeptic. He is the same person who said Chinese Submarine was noisy when asked how he come to this conclusion . He said he got it from navy sources without elaborating which sources.

People like Hans always confused their own preconceived idea with a fact. Their article is poorly researched. I would rather trust people like Mark Stokes, Andrew Erickson. because they speak and write Chinese plus they spend their entire Career observing and studying Chinese military.

Of the two Mark stokes is the better analyst because He is ex US air force intelligence officer attached to Beijing embassy and spend many years perusing public Chinese technical article

The general? the general said nothing concrete. He neither confirmed nor denied the existence of DF-41.

Regarding the recent tests, the officials only said a "New ICBM" had indeed been tested. They never divulged the designation. Media out side the PRC speculated that its the DF-41. But this could be something entirely new.

If its non existent. The general will outright denied it. Like there is never Su-35 deal with Russia. CHina will outright denied it. Probably they changed the designation of DF-41 which is the reason why the General did not outright denied it. But definitely this ICBM can have MIRV and definitely a large boaster to give a further lift.

There was an political/international component in the SU-35 story. It was necessary to deny the SU-35 deal in order to maintain the prestige of china. No such problem exists in the DF-41 story. No, china will not confirm or deny something as highly secret as an ICBM program. They like to keep the fog-of-war.

Why would they want to change the name of the program? I dont see why, unless its really a new program (DF-51?).
