Don't forget China also has thousands of miles of underground great wall, which is perfect for hiding hundreds of mobile TEL if China intention is to expand its nuclear arsenal
China doesn't have any nuclear dilemmas, it's just happily building away. America is the one with the dilemma.
Isn't Foreign Policy supposed to be a serious foreign affairs-related magazine?
So why, is such a "respectful" magazine pays attention to pro-Beijing trolls or propaganda for China?
I would much rather have an article going into deep detail into China's nuclear build up, providing insight on the global implications of it, and how it would affect its neighbors.

Not a single article per se but check out the increasingly shrill tone of The Economist and Hong Kong based white journalists on Twitter and you’ll notice over the months how increasingly sinophobic they’ve become as their privileges are eroded.
