It is most likely B.S. from the Indians to justify their own missile tests.

So China had always been make a scapegoat by everyone who wanted to start something. First the US, then the west and now India?

Precisely. And you forgot Japan using China as an excuse to justify their aircraft carriers.

It's part of the US government's plan to contain China politically, militarily, economically, morally, and culturally, but the containment plan is not going so well.

Notice how all these nations near China have alliances or have alliances-in-progress with the US government: South Korea (recently took a few steps back), Taiwan (recently took a few steps back), Japan (recently took a few steps back), Thailand, India (I think India has hidden motives), Guam (US territory), Philippines (recently took a few steps back), Pakistan (major work in progress), Afghanistan (major work in progress), and Turkey (suffering major setbacks). Iran is another possibility. These nations also serve to contain Russia and secure the Middle East.

The US government has been learning things the hard way that it's better off working with China than against China.

Forgot which historical figure said this. It was something like stay close to your friends, but even closer to your enemies (potential threats).

By the way the "DF-41 image" link in RAJ47 post is belarussian truck, not chinese

what do you think of it? Or do you think that is the true DF-31A? or even DF-41? Its canister is same diameter but its 22% longer and its apparently all-terrain

Even for that was a test for a project of that level... people like us wouldnt be able to know it anyways... the chinese are always good at hiding their under the table stuff and lying about it..

We are all sure that you come from a country that does no "under the table stuff" and never ever lies.

Howz bout if we agree everybody's kettle has a black side?
