I don't see they would put real missiles on the parade, especially ICBM like DF-5B

DF-5B should be easier to parade since it liquid fueled missile and only fueled before the launch but DF-31A's are solid fueled and more risky since it's always full of flammable material.

Are people saying that they should have had live warheads in those missiles too? That would be nuts.

when people mention the announcer who said df-26 can also be used against the ships - what wording, PRECISELY, was used? And more importantly, which announcer is that? A person who did a live reading over the speaker system there at the tiananmen square? Or a TV commentator on CCTV?
