Venezuela, has been selling petroleum which are not required to comply withthe OPEC quotas, rather than just crude oil. The price of oil dropped, but not less than $ 30, Venezuela on the other side has already managed to improve food production in rubles important not to rely on imports.

you mean L-15? no attack versions thus far. K-8 is only used for training in China, but I think it's used for attack missions in other air forces.
