It is a conspiracy theory as this far you have only produced an intelligence failure spun as deception.
A failure that had some basis in historical fact. Sadam did bomb both the Iranians and his own population with chemical weapons.
And Chemical weapons were found in Iraq and kept secret for ten years. ISIS got their hands on it and used it on a number of occasions in Iraq.
What was gotten wrong was that their was not an active WMD program.
But that has no barring in this case save to try and dismiss the Evidence produced thus far.

When I opened this thread I posted the then released video, reports including the Japanese report. Since that I have found and been attacked with a constant stream of attempts to dismiss those as falsehoods. From Post #3 claiming it stinks of False Flag.

Well then what’s the point of this forum at all? Why not ditch the World affairs section and heck why not delete any member who doesn’t take a hard anti West stance because you can’t talk to them... even better ask webby to transfer the whole thing to a Pakistani or Chinese server only. Because apparently any other views are not appropriate.
