I've seen Chrome extensions that translate from English, Japanese, and Korean to Chinese.
I assumed an extension doing it the other way might be easy to find but I failed to do so.

Download the video, then reupload it to your own channel and there you will have an option to turn on the automatic sub.

Yeah, just tried and YT doesn't want to turn on the auto sub as I reupload the video. Not sure why. I'll try again with a clearer mind.

Usually it takes days to finish with your automatic sub. Last time when i did the same thing for my 4 minute long video, it literally took me 1 whole day.
