It's in the annual reports that America puts out on the PLA and it's forces.

CMPFR 2024? If that's the case, that surely must be a typo. It would be quite ridiculous to think China would only add a mere 4 nuclear submarines in the next 20 years.

I think it was in the 2023 report. But my point still stands.
