Dam that's kind of blatant copy pasta, search and replace and call it a day.
Any word on whether Stanford CS or Stanford will be punishing these cunts? And one of them is from USC, so same question again but for that institution as well.Dam that's kind of blatant copy pasta, search and replace and call it a day.
I think the reputational damage will be a thing they will carry along for the rest of their lives. I think they decided to just put the copy paster guy as the sacrificial goat. Hoping they will get away with it.Any word on whether Stanford CS or Stanford will be punishing these cunts? And one of them is from USC, so same question again but for that institution as well.
Researchers will prefer the dominant language of the market and their own preferred language. Some are good at English, Some are good at Mandarin.Chinese LLM models appear to be persistently trailing American/Western ones in English favored leader boards like LMSYS, Open LLM, Open Compass, Berkeley Function Call, Can AI Code, etc. Actually, I'm not sure if Open Compass is English favored, but in any case, there's very few Chinese LLM models at the very top of these boards.
By contrast, on Chinese language favored leader boards, Chinese LLMs tend to be more dominant. Which is great and expected.
Wonder if this is a consequence of the sanctions limiting China's access to comparable CPU hardware or if it's a consequence of it just being harder for Chinese researchers to work in English.
