on manganese and graphite, and 76% import reliant on cobalt.
    • China is by far the biggest producer about 80% of the world's graphite production. China also controls almost 100% of all graphite processing, establishing itself as a dominant player in every stage of the supply chain
    • South Africa is the world's largest producer of manganese, accounting for 33.5% of global production.
    • China doesn't mine any cobalt, but it refines 85% of the world's.

Well if the USA isn’t the place to invest for any one, especially China given the shitty attitude the US government has unleashed on China for no good reason, they really should have saw this coming. I know the war lobby and the neo cons control the purse in the USA but that is only in terms of US dollars. If the US dollar becomes useless, none of these people will have any wealth to speak of and then and only then, they will wish they had a proper peace president to lead the nation and not war mongering idiot that will chance away future foreign investment because well, they get genocidal for the worlds taste

One other interesting point to come out of the survey: close to 50% of consumers said they would actually be willing to pay more for American-made products.

Yeah talk is cheap, let's see IF they will buy an American made Iphone for $2,000....lol I may predict in the near future there will be a lucrative contraband smuggling of Chinese Spec and made Apple product to the US. ;)

Tried to buy some testing equipment back in 2016, Chinese was 760$, about 1030$ after import. American was 2.1k about 2260 after shipping.
