Self reflection and self awareness requires empathy which is evidently lacking sadly in modern america today; rather, you have narcissim and God Complexes over how America is exceptional which is why mistakes that affect the world eg GFC, the massive inflation export currently, can be glossed over as whoopsies.
@Vatt’ghern Well I thought the Cultural Revolution is a Chinese phenomena, now it's happening in the US and the Collective West with a different brand name, how the world had change....lol

25 bps only folks. That coupled with oil price surging gonna supercharge inflation.
People ridicules Bush Jr since he lower taxes during wartime which culminates in GFC. Now countries waging economic warfare during the time of massive inflation? I'm thinking that current vigour posed by EU + US in Sanctioning is just adrenaline rush. When they dissipated who knows what happen.
there are two wars now: the military war, and the economic war. the West has chosen to wage a total economic war against Russia, they think they've got strength there, even though the reality is quite different.
there is room for China to play its part. China has been too passive, too defensive, by now it's clear China cannot expect the peaceful rise by playing along. this inflation is a godsend, it cannot be missed. it's time to rock!
Don't be delusional. The west holds more than enough economic power to sanction Russia to North Korea status. Yes, it will hurt them as well, but not as much. Especially if they act as a cohesive unit.
What China needs to do is play both sides for its own gain, which it is currently doing. There's no use in defiantly sticking with a cratered Russia.
