Went street watching today.
There are more than one type of laser.
If I'm not mistaken, then all the 8 wheelers are amphibious, they're a family of 8 wheelers.
There was a family of smaller tracked APC.
Tracked ground fighting drone, no gundam.
Seems like every Stealthy CCA looked different. None repeat.
Series of torpedos from small to big.
More anti-ship missiles.
All the stratigic missiles were still in wrapping. Likely new models.

Is this related to CJ-100?
yes. advanced form of CJ-100.

Hang on I'm still listening through it, just got out of their livestream.
Their live stream was also about the parade but wasn't particularly educational, since they can't show the actual photos they just cut out silhouettes of the parade items Pokemon style and try to guess what each was.

One thing from the podcast was their said there was one truck with two really boxy launchers. If that thing reminds you of DF-100/CJ-100 from the 2019 parade then you are on the right track, they are related. They liken it to the same concept but developed with latest technology and nick named it "DF-1000/CJ-1000". The implication seems to be it's a DF-100/CJ-100 type deal, but scramjet instead of ramjet.

It has window, it might be manned.
Most moderately sized USVs have at least some sort of bridge. If anything, for precise maneuvering and legal requirements.
Furthermore, it's sort of shooting oneself in a leg to do purely unmanned solutions at this size. Simple control station and crew facilities don't really take much, but gosh they add flexibility to the ship.

You only need it unmanned when you're risking it, or absolutely have no men to spare.
