It's not possible to say it for certain. The PLA has managed to keep a lot of their new toys out of public eye. There is no reason to think the US could not do the same with whatever they've got hidden. Only time and/or a major conflict will tell the truth. But the indicators do point towards US lagging behind at least somewhat imo.
If it is under reasonable leadership I’d agree. But this is Trump we are talking about here…

Since these new platforms are in operational mode, is it safe to say that China is 1 or 2 generation ahead of US in CCA, UCAV, and hypersonic missile?

US dont have an operational hypersonic missile and CCA yet. I think they are still testing their demonstrator.
I guess some people will jump in and refute you with the GJ-11 and Type 19 infantry systems.

But I also need to note that there are actually not many examples available, especially when it comes to missiles. GJ-11, as the starting point for high-performance UAV/CCA, has only been delayed rather than canceled. And the PLARF has publicly hit quite a few targets and already established a reputation

Even if we take a step back and say that HCM and all CCAs other than the GJ-11 are not in service. The GJ-11 is still advanced enough, and the YJ-20 and YJ-17 are also completely logical results, already at least one generation ahead of the United States.

Because this is not a result that suddenly appeared in a military parade, the PLA has been behaving like this since 2019 or even before.

I'm very doubtful that all of these systems are in service or even in evaluation.

We would've seen all of these CCAs in flight testing if they were indeed in service. You're not going to convince me that these 6 new airframes managed to complete all stages of flight and evaluation trials whilst bypassing the prying eyes of civilian cameras and social media.

Even when it comes to the armored vehicles, it is doubtful that the new tank and IFVs have entered service when there has been little to no photos of them prior to the parade rehearsals.

It's probably just a rehash of the GJ-11 saga.

I would not say these systems are all fully in service but we have been seeing the new tank and IFV for years.

We've seen some photos of the tank prototype but I don't recall seeing the IFV prior to the rehearsals.

And definitely not any of the CCAs.

All UAVs/CCAs with vertical stabilizers can be ruled out first. If the GJ-11 is about/already enter service, then those with lower flight control requirements can also enter service, especially considering that the FH-97 and the suspected Dark Sword project started way earlier than the GJ-11.

It also appeared in Baotou, and its chassis and turret bear resemblance to the VN-17 and VN-20, suggesting some of its technology was shared/tested there. In fact, it was initially suspected to be another export model.
Chinese infantry fighting vehicles

I have to mention the airborne IFV series. It hadn't been unveiled before Xi's visit to the airborne troops last year, but by the time it was revealed, it was already very mature.
