Could this still retain the mach 3.0 supersonic terminal sprint since it's a YJ-18 variant? If so, combining both stealth and supersonic terminal would make it very lethal.

I doubt it, the profile of this thing looks very much like a standard stealthy AshM/LACM.

Being a YJ-18 "variant" I suspect is mostly in name only, perhaps having some common components from it.
But in the same way Club AShM and Kalibr LACM are both part of the 3M54 family (as well as a bunch of other weapons including ASROC esque types), both the standard YJ-18 (surface/sub launched) AShM and this subsonic stealthy AShM/LACM are in the same "YJ-18 family". A bit silly but oh well.

Maybe they use the same turbofan engine.

Maybe they use the same turbofan engine.

Could be any manner of major (or minor) components.

There is a history of missiles with similar names having vastly different fuselages, geometries or sizes after all so this isn't entirely unprecedented.
The Japanese Type 12 SSM is the most recent example of this, with the old version being an Exocet/Harpoon esque weapon, and a new version being a large stealthy AshM.

It seems that it cannot, it just retains the basic shape, the power system should be changed

As far as I found out, YJ-18 gets its final supersonic dash by jettisoning its wings and jet engine, then starting a rocket motor.

I don't see why it cannot do the same with its stealthy shape.

If its designated as YJ-18 then it likely retains most of its internal characteristics and only changing the shape of its outer shell to be more stealthy.

I'm very doubtful that all of these systems are in service or even in evaluation.

We would've seen all of these CCAs in flight testing if they were indeed in service. You're not going to convince me that these 6 new airframes managed to complete all stages of flight and evaluation trials whilst bypassing the prying eyes of civilian cameras and social media.

Even when it comes to the armored vehicles, it is doubtful that the new tank and IFVs have entered service when there has been little to no photos of them prior to the parade rehearsals.

It's probably just a rehash of the GJ-11 saga.
Chinese Military Spokesperson literally said on state television that the equipments on display at the parade are selected from those already in active service...
