I heard something about this is an AGM-181 equivalent

I think the descriptors of "LO equivalent of Tomahawk" and "AGM-181" are very similar to each other, considering AGM-181 is a LO cruise missile that replaces the AGM-86, and AGM-86 itself is not too different to Tomahawk (cruise missiles of similar weight and from similar era, with conventional and nuclear warhead options).

Let's rewind a bit—remember the Honor Flag Formation that appeared in the 2015 Victory Day Parade? Someone has now identified all 70 historical banners displayed! I expect a similar formation this year, which should serve as a useful reference.

Not sure what this could be, as I don't have the complete image to judge its size. However, the body appears to have reduced RCS features. Perhaps a stealthy anti-ship/anti-surface cruise missile?

But are those fixed wings? That'd make it air launched only from pylons. Kinda odd for missiles nowadays.

I think there is an image showing it on the truck, but can't but my finger on it now. Looks like a LO design, though i secretly hope it's a sino-Burevestnik.
PS: Here it is.

The marking on the truck is ZL (战略/strategic) as opposed to HZ (海战/naval warfare), so it is likely intended to be a long-range nuclear tipped subsonic cruise missile. It could be launched from the 093B’s VLS, a ground launcher, or H-6N/K.

But as the Russo-Ukraine war has shown, subsonic cruise missile are big fat targets for SAMs, so I am not sure why the PLA is still sticking it.
