Reports from several news media - Indonesian president Prabowo finally left for China on Tuesday evening after protests in Indonesia cooled down. He will attend the military parade on Wednesday morning in Beijing.

This is a big boost for the parade from a big country like Indonesia.

I don't think China has enough warheads for Midgetman weapons. But it is certainly capable of producing them if needed.
