Adorable Dolphin says that the HHQ-9C is more of a PLAN counterpart to the naval-based PAC-3 MSE (and again, being realized here first than the other side of the lake).
Globaltimes wrote that the land version HQ-9C has a smaller diameter than the -B version. They can pack 8 missiles on a launcher. Any indication if we can expect more than 1 HQ-9C per VLS tube?

They pulled a heavy unmanned air dominance fighter (aka high tier CCA) from the lineup, the FOBS, warheads (with the implication being MaRV or HGV warheads) from ICBM payload fairing. Beyond these, they mentioned there were other pieces of kit that was not even considered for the parade.

Whatever though, we still got spoiled - submarine launched hypersonic cruise missile (YJ-19), ship launched hypersonic glide missile (YJ-17), ALBM ("JL-1" but possibly renamed last minute to hide actual designation... must have been a last minute decision which hints at what opposition intelligence is working with wrt designation importance), ship launched dual conical HGV anti-ship missile, land based long range HCM, 2 heavy UADFs (aka CCAs), 2 medium CCAs with one other pulled from the parade but we got to see its airframe. On and 100KW class laser weapon that was spotted on the type 071 in the past. Plenty of smaller items too we've never seen. Some confirmations of rumours and speculation flying around in the past. Many items verified.

Shenhua and Orca complained that the strategic weapons display was too restrained :p

"Casual intro, JL-1 not mounted, model name changed at the last minute, high-end equipment hastily withdrawn—very low-key."
Do we know which "high-end equipment" was withdrawn?

At a certain point, like right about now, when China is leading in terms of technologies and platforms they are going to make a decision not to parade the best stuff in front of the world and show them how to do it. They will allow glimpses so people know they exist, but the close ups will end until they have no value. Foreign intelligence will have to actually work for a living.

The worst thing was the terrible camera work

It was somehow worse than 2019. Much less visually impacting especially the marching scenes
