DF-17 no longer worthy of being paraded - I'm not sure about this one. I don't think they explicitly said as such or something more like "this is the last chance for DF-17 to be paraded, if at all". Given DF-27 apparently got pulled perhaps it was replaced by DF-17.

Some information about the development history of the DF-17. In short, they're different class of weapons, one is focused on serial production in very large numbers, which according to several claims may actually be one of the cheapest options in PLARF arsenal, and the other is more a specialty weapon for operations in 2IC and beyond.

CJ-1000 is the gem with sparingly few pieces of information apart from it being a land based air breathing, hypersonic cruise missile.

Its launch container appears around15m long. This is the missile superseding the DF-100. It appears considerably larger than Zircon with booster, longer than YJ-19 and YJ-17, DF-100, and longer than DF-17. Wonder what range this beast has. MRBM sized rocket booster, if this thing is a glider and air breather, essentially would have near ICBM range.

CJ-1000 is prompt global strike but actualised and has no chance of being confused as a nuclear launch. This thing is the game changer of the parade in my opinion. Even if it is just a scramjet powered, non-gliding HCM with a MRBM equivalent booster, it's a prompt 3IC range strike weapon. Hopefully it can hit moving targets like DF-21D, DF-26, and DF-27.

Wondering why we're seeing so many CCA's, they all look roughly the same size and should serve the same purpose?

Maybe there're different tiers of CCA? Lower tier more attrition-able and higher tier ones?

Hypersonic speed and late-ish detection sounds like a great combo. It also looks like it might be very expensive to achieve large salvo sizes / magazine depth - I wonder what kind of priority targets it was created for and what other vectors of attack it could be combined with.
