Deino, I am saying that you should ignore the English language column because they typed it out incorrectly.
The original text on the left in Chinese is the original text which takes precedence.
运-20A in English is translated as "Y-20A"
运油-20 in English is translated "YY-20" -- however they mistakenly wrote it as "Y-20" rather than "YY-20"

Additionally --- my advice for PLA watching is always that if there is "uncertainty" in terms of names or possibilities, then one is obligated to assume the "less exciting" option is more likely.
In this case, it seems pretty cut and dry to me that the aircraft they're referring to is the usual D-30 powered Y-20A, and the usual D-30 powered YY-20 refueller (which we sometimes call YY-20A), simply by accepting that the right hand column's "Y-20" is a typo.
If we end up seeing the WS-20 powered Y-20B at Zhuhai then great. However it's easier for everyone just to have no expectations and don't look forward to anything interesting.
I thought Y-20A was powered by WS-18? The domestic version of the D-30.
