Yes she will make more than ever imaginable in the US. Her being half Chinese would've hindered her. The only reason she's getting any attention in the US now is because she's a US model and chose to represent China.
Yup, but more importantly, she had the courage to give up her American citizenship for that of China. With such a high profile I worry that she may become a target by some misguided American looney.
