This may upset some people here but I think one of the reasons that Eileen Gu triggers so many people is that her personality shares similarities to that of Donald Trump. Let's not kid ourselves here. When confronted with aggressive and unfriendly questions or abusive reporting she fights back in very trollish manners. "Uneducated people who won't win any Olympic medals", if you really think about it, is just a nicer, more eloquent way of calling her critics "losers".

Anyone with a medal in this Olympics has outdone the entire Team Britain. It's gonna be a bitter pill to swallow for the Brits.
