My guess is he is her personal coach, and not an official part of the Japanese team. Probably he is officially employed by Team China. Just my speculation

Yeah no kidding. Serpentza is trash but Laowhy86 is pure scum. Just see his video where he talks about why he left for China in the first place. He basically got a girl pregnant in the USA and made her do an abortion.
