Wtf, why didn't they contest that, could have been bronze. Rules are pretty clearcut:

17.2.2 if another athlete is found by the Referee to be responsible for the jostling or obstruction, such athlete (or their team) shall be liable to disqualification from that event. The Referee may, if they are of the opinion that an athlete (or their team) was seriously affected, in accordance with Rule 18.7 of the Competition Rules or Rule 8.4 of the Technical Rules, order that the race (for one, some or all of the athletes) be re-held excluding any disqualified athlete (or team) or allow any affected athlete (or team) (other than any disqualified athlete or team) to compete in a subsequent round of the event.

Only disputable part is maybe whether its really an "obstruction" I think

It really boils down to how the judge handles this. I think chances of this is pretty remote.
This is probably China being the good guy again. It's too late now but if China raised a challenge at the end of the race and video evidence was reviewed, it would be pretty hard not to DQ the Brits. Hand touch and then Su rubbed his head. This is like the time Robles was DQ'd for his arm coming into Liu Xiang's lane and hitting him.

So far, China is the only major team with the preferred Medal ratio, i. e., more Gold than Silver, more Silver than Bronze.

I sincerely hope that this post doesn’t offend anyone’s sensibilities or sensitivities.

China could have won at least a bronze in 4x100 m if the British runner didn't hit Su on the head accidentally. It cost at least 0.2 sec for China
Is this video the latest? It looks like it was from another competition. Zhang Peimeng has retired already.
