New fabrication hall now fully roofed, whilst 09IIIB #7(?) remains in the launching drydock (been there a while now). New outer harbour appears completed but no activity there yet.

Somebody should write a story about a new Chinese "Top Secret" Naval nuclear shipyard in Chongqing.

The PLA navy will use the ship locks at Three Gorges Dam to navigate the "Long Duk Dong" class nuclear submarines down the Yangtze river.

I thought Chongqing were the site only for the nuclear reactor being installed after the hull itself had been built somewhere in Inner Mongolia and airlifted to Chongqing at night, no?
