Instead of the Roman numeral that the West use [VI] ..it is often designated as 094. It is referred to as Changcheng XX [ literally translated as under water 'Great Wall']

Dude, it's "Changzheng"”长征“，means “Long March”，same as CNSA rocket。

Sorry the hull number has no bearing on the number of class in service......actually there are so far only 3 055's in service.....

That would be 'IV' for '4'. Roman I - 1, V - 5, X - 10. You count like this from 1-10: I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X.
