are those decks coated ?
So many people work on the flight deck of the first 075 LHD, seems the first 075 situation is OK, the fire incident is not much delay the work progress.
Not yet.
Normally 1 to 2 epoxy primer coating would be applied during bock stage for the function of protection;
After they got hull assembled, burning & mechanical damage as well welding seams need grinding / spot grid blasting in order to remove corrosion and dirts;
Then another repair epoxy painting will follow and then comes the special coating for deck. some area will require anti skit coating (usually operation area)
Full deck painting would be almost the last stage of a ship deliver. They even don't need to do it during sea trial

Cleary cant exist since they dont have enough helicopters for the brigades
Exactly my point ... but in order to use those LHDs properly there must me both helicopters and their units ready and functioning and taht should be prepared some time in advance.
AFAIK there are however none yet ...
