I'm partial to light naval SAM systems that can be easily installed (on ships like the 071). The French Mistral system is popular world-wide, you can see the 6-cel Sadral launcher version on the aft deck of the Royal Thai Navy's Chakri Naruebet below (see right corner):
Compare the size of the 6-cel launcher and the guy standing on the deck behind it, you can see how small the system is.
The British is adopting the Starstreak MANPAD for naval use, here's the 24 round Seastreak CIWS version (they also have a lighter, manned 6-round version):
IMO this is one area where the PLAN is a bit lacking. The FLS-1 is in the right direction, but I have yet to see it deployed. Ideally the ship should be protected by a mix of longer-range missile interceptor, shorter-range CIWS gun, and soft-kill/decoy system.
