Update for reference purposes.
A Chinese Navy website, has confirmed that the 'Fushun' (they spelt it as one word!), No 591, 056 Corvette was commissioned on the 12th July!
I wonder how many 056's will be built eventually?

I believe it will end up 80 to 100 056s to be built, including 056A/B and other variants

22 have been launched as of today, with above (591) 17 are commissioned already. Plus few are in under construction.

Initially it was said that PLAN will go for 48 units, later as quoted in several forums including SDF number would reach around 60, IMO will make sense as 4 flotillas for each fleet (SSF/NSF/ESF) & 3 flotillas for Hong Kong.

Still, 22 launched and 14 commissioned in this amount of time is a tremendous rate of building, launching, and commissioning.
For the last three i found as homeport :
Yulin for Qingyuan 589 and Luzhou 592, Xisha/Paracels Flotilla*, found on the Chinese Web, but with this writing is not easy to translate ! then i am not sure, if one chinese guy can help it would be better.
This unit get yet 585.
And for Fushun 591 NSF sure and according a member on CDF homeport Lüshun, 77 ASW Flot

*New unit created in 2012/13 about exist also a other unit Nansha/Spratley Patrol Frigate Squadron ? ( Jianghu II 533 Taizhou, 534 Jinhua, 543 Dandong, 545 Linfen, 553 Shaoguan, 555 Shaotong ) the two based to Yulin.

Latest 056 Corvette update.
The Chinese Navy now has 15 active 056 Corvettes.........
as the Hudong constructed vessel 'Quanzhou' No: 588 was commissioned on the 18th July.
That's 4 056's that have joined the fleet, since the middle of June this year!
.....looks there maybe a gap of 2-3 months, before any new commissioning's........but towards end of year there could be a further 2-3 056's inducted into the fleet (going by the construction time schedule).

Now we are talking this fast pace commissioning of ships is what I have expected to happen this year. But it seems that the focus of the Chinese shipyards on the Type 056, coast guard cutters and the Type 052D has come at the expense of the Type 052C and the Type 054A. That are lagging behind their normal schedules of completion and commissioning.
