Claimed to be hull modules belonging to 055 DDG inside the larger drydock at Dalian's Dagushan site.
In fact, it has been alleged that there could be two new 055s currently being built simultaneously inside that drydock, though further vreification is still required.

Could be, though there could be one more new 055 hull at Jiangnan currently under construction/assembly which might precede these two hulls at Dalian's Dagushan.
In the meantime, the official WeChat account of the PLA Eastern Theater Command has hinted that the 10th 055 DDG (i.e. 2nd unit of the 2nd batch 055) with the hull #110 could be serving with the East Sea Fleet after commissioning.

The Google Maps satellite imagery of Dalian's Dagushan has been updated to April 20th, 2024.
As of recent, Dalian's 1st unit of the newest (2nd) batch of 055 DDG is spotted fitting out inside the smaller drydock above.
In the meantime, Dalian is building its 2nd unit of the newest (2nd) batch of 055 DDG, alongside its 6th unit of the newest (4th) batch of 052DG DDG.
