That's a really long list being run up, isn't it?
Yeah, practice drilling against a near peer foe. If there isn't, then red team blue team exercises are best. What America does is not practice; it is bullying small countries. What America did with the Soviets is about the same practice Chinese ships can do with each other. Run around tracking, with no shooting.
Terrible analogy for you. China's a fighter who trains doing drills and bag-work. America's a fighter who vaunts how experienced he is and how many fights he's won but he only hits children. Against a man his size or even greater, he's never dared stand against, and the trend continues in Ukraine.
BTW, India's stronger than any country the US dared face up against in direct military conflict since the Korean War where the US lost all of North Korea to China's advance... but China doesn't mind playing with India.
No, I'd say that these are instead:
It is official, the Neocon/Neolib US has turned itself into the greatest security challenge the world has faced in over 70 years:

After all, who has the most to lose from a nuclear exchange? The combined almost $40 trillion Western economies or the $1.5 trillion Russian economy? The entire world lose.

Heard that song? Real spunky!
