Nice photo of 055, the waterline width is wider than the main deck width.

Since all 8 units of 055 will be completely rolled out soon, is there any rumour for what the next gen destroyer will be like?

defiantly railgun its been under test now for a few years

A couple of possible additions/upgrades to 055A or later editions: IEPS, railgun and YJ-X (supposedly a DF-17 type missile). Not sure what stages these systems are respectively at this point.
