It's a nice graphic but it is fanmade. The missile depicted is almost definitely notional/fanmade as well

We know that a quad packed MR SAM is almost certainly under development but we haven't seen it yet nor do we have a designation.

It looks to me like an HHQ-16, which I am skeptical that its possible to put four into the U-VLS.

I would think that if they were to quad pack a CCL type VLS design, it would require a more novel design solution. If the missiles were to be hot launched, you would need to have enough space to transfer gases in the space between the inner and outer container. Would be more easier if they will just pop out the missiles via cold launch method.

I remember some people wondering why the forward CIWS before had a base that had many edges that could act as a radar reflector.

Looks like the PLAN are aware of it.
