The pair launched in july was from dalian shipyard, while previous ones were from jiangnan shipyard. The probablity of one of these being moved to another yard is next to none. Also eyes exist.

LOL, funny.. but yeah CIWS or pretty much any weapon systems that traverse and elevates etc. is programmed or blocked to a specific arc w/o going a single degree past otherwise it would be EXTREMELY dangerous to mount on any ship.
Land based CIWS utilizing the same weapon systems may have 360 traverse however depending on the application.
