054B/new generation frigate

This looks legit to me, and likely is being floated out because they're repositioning or launching another ship in the same drydock that the 054B is being built in.
However I don't think the 054B itself is being launched, and will be redocked for continued work after the other ship in the dry dock is launched or repositioned.
It is also too early for people to talk about its VLS count or type because we don't have any pictures so it actually doesn't add anything to our previous deliberations.
Similarly the mast and additional top side structures are almost certainly not complete yet, so it's useless to talk about it as if what we are looking at is its final look.

still one hangerI don't think 054B would have more VLS than 054A, and it should not be. The main disadvantage of 054A is its power, which is not suited to be in the CVBG. So I envisioned the 054B would have better sensor suite which it should have as a 2020s PLAN surface combatant, and most important, enough power to follow up the CVBG. The armamant would largely be the same(32 VLS + 8 slanted ASM).
It's at HDZH shipyard, there are modules for all kind of ships lying around the place.
I'm not sure why one would think that is the "real 054B" as it seems to imply the ship we are seeing is not the 054B????
There are very superficial similarities, but the size and geometry of the two ships are quite different if one looks at common metrics like helicopter hangar width.
Some claims/suggestions that I have seen regarding that hull section:
1. Some unrelated civilian ship;
2. 2nd unit of 054B FFG;
3. 11th unit of 071 LPD;
4. 4th unit of 075 LHD; or
5. 1st unit of 076 LHD.
But meh, prefer to wait and see.
