As you can see, the 054B definitely has 32x VLS cells of similar model as those on the 054A.

If it comes with a new quad packing SAM, it might carry 20x HQ-16F, 48 quad SAM and 24 HQ-10. That's 92 SAM for a ~6000 ton FFG.
From observation by @伏尔戈星图 on Weibo, four larger and four smaller chimneys are visible in the smokestack. Hence, it can be deduced that the 054B FFG's propulsion system being CODAD is pretty much the case by now.

As expected CODAD, the question is what type of diesel and the capacity? would it get to ~30MW (note that 054A is about 20MW) ?
Also whether it would be IEP ?
Another question is whether it is confirmed to have 2x 8 YJ-12 supersonic anti-ship cruise missiles ?

hmmmm, interesting, never thought about battery on the ship though, but why not, Chinese battery technology is the best in the world and the largest by long long shot
