Looks new to me, from memory
The last two grainy pictures does not add anything that we couldn't already surmise from the clearer picture we had earlier (below), that is to say compared to that clearer picture, the two grainy ones don't add anything new.
This image might have something shiny on top of the mast. Much too early to fit the radar on this ship, but it's been known that mockups are sometimes installed as a reference for the builders.
If you're referring to the white rectangle that looks like it's at mast level, I think that is something in the background at the staging area because there is another similar white rectangle down the way (both circled in green).
I suspect those are containers or something on the ground level (if that's what you're referring to wrt the shiny thing).
