goes at least as far back the 10th century A.D." So perhaps still or again China is the best builder of floating dry docks.

Actually the little rocket is from the chaff/flare/decoy launcher, not the CIWS.

I believe today is the 10th anniversary of the 1st launch of the Type 054A in 2006 pennant 529

Over the 10 year programme they have launched 25 units or 2.5 per year I've followed majority of it
