I think it's saying that 054B has supposedly began construction or will be constructed at Wuchuan shipyard, 6000 tons displacement, all electric propulsion, significant improvement upon 054A...
I'm not sure how reliable this is though.

Because the contract for Type 054A hasn't expired yet ? They are still building they added 24+8 or 22 plus 8 whatever it was
So I think we are at least 1-2 years away from completing Type 054A run
So most probably a bogus post
