#33 to be launched(R) and #35 finishing out(L) at Huangpu shipyards. There may be two new vessels under construction behind these ones.

Should be the radar marked here as "S" for S-band, with 250km for a target at 2m2 RCS. That's not bad for a radar this size.

It was reported that this is the 4th and last ship of the type 054A/P contract for Pakistan Navy.

I have a feeling this could be the 3rd ship instead, by looking at the mud stain on red paint of the under water hull. And the ship is obviuosly in the water for sometime already.

First vessel of all four 054/APs for Pakistan Navy was painted pennant number 261 recently, indicating she's ready for delivery. Congrats!

They use floating dock launching.

You can obviously see there is no ship lift in the picture and there is a floating dock at the side.

They don't lift it, they roll it onto the floating dock, with help from either rail or wheels.
