No this is not 054AP for Pakistan Navy.
054APs have different single side 3D searching radar on the top of tha mast.
PLAN purchased a more 20 vessles 054A order for Huangpu and Hudong Shipyards. 12 054As for Huangpu, and 8 054As + 4 054APs for Hudong, as far as I known now.

I won't get my hopes up. If they plan on MLU refit on the 054A in the future and replace the Type 382, they might go with a bigger, and more powerful set.
Yes, but type AP is an export variant for Pakistan Navy, with slightly different electronic warfare configuraton.

3 Type 054A frigates on hold at the same time, knowing that the previous one was recently floated. Unless I'm mistaken, this is unheard of. This time we can indeed speak of a very strong pace at the Huangpu Shipyard.
