Clearly we see two masts so those must be two more Type 054A under construction

And I think we see module sitting there for the 12th unit? Wow that means HD is pumping out 3 more units

This means the Type 054A tally will exceed 20 units and is nearing more like 22+ units

That means its no longer looking like 5 Flotillas of FFG, more like 6, 2 per fleet, with 525 and 526 that would mean 2 very modern FFG units per fleet with a modern DDG flotilla

I was right.....

Then, I think PLAN will move to 054B or maybe a new designation with expected production start in 2014 & numbers will touch to 12 to complement 3 FFG flotillas 1 each for SSF/NSF/ESF.

Means each fleet will have 2 FFG flotillas of 054A & 1 FFG flotilla of 054B or new type (36 ultar modern FFGs).
