The 2003-2020 construction schedule you refer to was posted by A. Man on 28 September 2012, but I cannot relocate in which thread.

It had 6 Type 055A in service by 2020, as well as 8 Type 054B. It also had 2 Type 052E in service by 2020, but they seem highly doubtful.

but we see this kind of list all the time. Anyone who keeps track of Orbat will be able to produce something like this. That doesn't mean we can really predict the future, so I don't put much stock in it.

575 is only being commissioned today ? I thought that 575 was commissioned weeks ago. Then it is save to say that 550 is still on sea trial and will only be commissioned in early july.
