Yes in 2005 maybe budget or i don' t know but remain curious this very long break until 2013 with the 4 last any reason ?

Could be PLAN wasn't confident about the capabilities, reliability, etc. of 052C and its systems. Recall that they were juggling a number of other designs at the same time: 052B, 051C, 956EM. They probably only made the decision to go forward with 052C/D around the time that the first 052Cs were commissioned.
I think the issue of why there was the multi year gap was pretty much settled quite a while back.
Part of the consensus reason is because 052C was such a leap in technology and capability for the navy to properly learn to use, part of the reason is because the shipyard had moved to their new greenfield location from where JN originally was.

That might be true, but it doesn't say much for performance of said gas turbines. They might be "mature" but still be second-rate compared with the world's best gas turbine producers.

It's true that at the moment China's gas turbines (and many other technologies) are not up to the standard of advanced nations. However as time goes by inevitably performance and quality will improve. I believe that the gap between China and the world standards in many fields are narrowing.

Gas turbines are technology decades old, where the established powers had decades more accumulated experience in design and manufacturing compared to China.
People with vested interests always play that card to suggest that China is still decades behind the west, when the truth is that at the same time that China is working hard to make up ground on legacy tech catch up, it is devoting just as much, if not more resources into research and development of next-gen technologies like IEP.
One of the main reasons China is taking so long to catch up on some legacy technology is because China did the math, and concluded that it's better to settle for good enough and instead devote more resources towards next gen tech to leapfrog ahead.
I think a lot of western 'experts' are still in deep denial and will be in for ever more and greater paradigm shocks as China's investments in next gen tech start to mature and pay off.

051C was a choice less at risk a ships less sophisticated with especiay Russians SAMs, sensors yet operationnals.
