According to Goodboy's Video, sections of the 7th 052D appeared in Jiangnan

Yes...........I too have also seen elsewhere on Chinese defence forums, mentioning, and images of what appears to be a module of a rear section of an 052D ie No 7.

Regarding the large double hallway at JN........and looking from the front, we all have seen that 052D construction has been carried out in the right hand hall.

What I want to know, is when 055 starts production at JN, will it be in the same double shed as where the 052D's are built?........ie is the shed big enough for the construction of such a vessel, in as much as the dimensions we expect the 055 to be?

Those imagines are of D6 and if they are it's a recent video and I don't think we have seem such module picture before

So I would say without doubt that those are units of D7

Wow they are working very very fast

Via Hongjian, CDF.

Supposedly a picture of 052D module at Dalian. Naturally it's been heavily self censored.
If it's real, chances are we'll have meaningful pictures of the ship in three or four months.

The first four 052D would be for 9th Destroyer Flotilla homeported to Yalong Bay 18°12'35.56"N 109°40'36.47"E so it could also be a move... to see

I believe those are passive electronic emission sensors that home in on the active radar that is turned on inside the incoming antiship missile. Against an imaging seeker those would not work and some radar jammers might also cause the system to fail.
That's why there's also an imaging seeker of its own on the missile.

They have clearly got this production streamlined as soon as the 6th is in the water the 7th just moves forward and takes it place with modules of the 8th coming together sometime soon

I believe this is the first time we have seen a image from this angle and location and clearly shows that two full length Type 052D can be fitted inside the hanger I know in the past this has been discussed by using google earth measurements of the blue roof halls and trying to establish weather it was possible to have two DDG under construction simultaneously, don't really think that was in doubt but anyway well there you have it in a real photo!! A great shot

Technically speaking in theory they could manage 3 x Type 052D launches next year I hope that is true that would be the 6th, 7th and 8th units out in the water

If Dalian starts to join the party then we could see a very big year for Chinese DDG construction that could mean possible 4 launches that would be a HUGE delivery!!

Plus let's not forget that actually not all Type 052C units are commissioned

This picture also finally shows and confirms the existence of more Type 052D than 052C units another milestone

2014 has been a strong year in DDG and FFG construction no signs of slowing down as a matter of fact it's speeding up
