The problem is likely on your end. I double checked. The photos show up fine on my computer and my phone (with different browsers).

this is one of the 5 under construction at DL?
Unfortunately, since the background surrounding is deliberately blurred by the guy who posted the photo, so I don't really know.
However, based on my own intuition and the recent satellite photograph of Dalian... maybe? Could be at Jiangnan too (since one got launched in late-December last year), but we don't know for sure.
