Taking into account the perceived length of similarly "deep" weld lines on both ships, the only major difference is how the kunming's superstructure side has a more "wavy" surface.
Paint both ships down to a similar scheme of grey and the same lighting and camera, then we'll talk. Otherwise, any differences in welding quality between kunming and a "real" aegis destroyer is premature at best.

You can se the difference and quality of work too clearly?Just out of interest, do you ever get bored of trolling Chinese related threads? Seems a little unhealthy to spend some much time posting negative comments on a forum dedicated mainly to a nation and people you have so much obvious antipathy towards.

Difference of welds? I can see a big one - patched up on Kunming vs harmonic on Arleigh Bruke, Saejong the Great, Kongo and Atago classes. I can't see too much bumps on Atago photo. Which are clear on Kunming. Together with unclear lines of welds. Both ships are under the same Sun.

Sure, maybe if we accounted for those factors, perhaps it'll turn out that kunming is pockmarked and ugly and your "real" aegis ships are smooth and featureless like a baby's bottom, but until then, deliberately choosing a less flattering photo and hooting is just infantile.

Edit: as for the same sun -- are you saying taking a photo on an overcast day versus a cloudless day is the same? Also, difference in camera and colour contrast.

That's the main difference between both ships - how the radar is placed and how it looks - you can tell which one is which by just looking at radar!
