Posted by LKJ86 at the PDF. I was starting to get worried. This guy stopped posting for nearly two months since early June.

052C 150 and 052D 131. 150 is one of those 052C that had a minor refit that added new communication arrays and a new ESM unit. 131 is one of those new batch 052D with the Type 1130 CIWS and Type 346A that uses a new calibration system instead of the probe.

Much like the Hefei in the 2017 parade, the Xi'an is a scene stealer in the parade. Here RT's YT video of the event gives the Xi'an a disproportionate amount of screen time.

Actual commissioning ceremony should take place on its home base. This is more of a ceremony passing the ship from Dalian Shipyards to the PLAN, and handing over the ship to the new crew. Note Dalian Shipyard in the background. Actual commissioning should be inevitably soon though when the ship reaches its new home. It took a while for this particular ship to get her rightful place in the PLAN as she has been sitting in Dalian for a while, so finally, news of her imminent service is most welcome indeed.
